Jimmy Moore

This blog is about me as much as about Jimmy Moore - different variables - but our goals are much the same - too exert control over our weight - health - using the best tools we can find

Jimmy's current tool is Ketosis - measured daily via a ketone blood drop meter - this Ketocic daily state has resulted in a marked loss of weight and an equally marked reduction in calories he consumes

That being said - I wont pretend eating flesh is the way to go - I get my daily protein from Whey - an egg or more than one egg - each egg consumed hours apart from the other one - and other dairy products

So there are differences between us - about the best path to follow - flesh or no flesh - but we both use Ketosis as a go to tool
